Steve has been a director since company inception. He is responsible for the design & development of new products and have been associated with the development of the Ardmore Park Quarry since property purchase in 2004. An engineer and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Quarrying Australia, he has held a number of board positions including 3 years as director of Port Kembla Port Corporation. Steve is also a company director of Multiquip Pty Ltd & Multiquip Transport Pty Ltd.
Jason is a director of the company since inception and is the General Manager of Multiquip Pty Ltd and Multiquip Transport Pty Ltd. Jason started with Multiquip as an apprentice sheet metal worker in 1994 and went on to complete a University Degree as Bachelor of Technology Management for Manufacturing. He is responsible for overseeing the management team of (CEAL) / Multiquip Aggregates and is responsible for company development and continuous improvement. He also undertakes planning and approval management for the company working with specialist consultants and approval authorities. Jason works with finance companies and company accountants to provide financial management to the organisation.
Daniel is the General Manager of Maintenance for the Multiquip group service division. He is responsible for the allocation of work and continuous development of the maintenance division. Daniel works along side key staff from various depots and is a qualified Diesel mechanic and has been working with the Multiquip group since 2009.
Vicki has been working as a consultant to the Multiquip group since 1989 and is responsible for preparing all company management reports and budgets. Her knowledge of the company has grown over time and her understanding of the separate group entities is valuable. Vicki works with the company directors and external accountant and auditors to provide financial data for the company.
Experienced Executive General Manager in ASX 100 Construction and Building Materials companies producing Cement / Aggregates / ReadyMixed Concrete and Building products . Experienced in developing and growing turnover and profitability via efficiency improvements , development of greenfield sites and acquisitions of existing businesses
Alexander Cox is Multiquip’s Environmental Officer and has worked with the company since 2016. He primarily works within the quarrying division of the group. His key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting the environmental performance of the Ardmore Park Quarry, community and stakeholder engagement, consultation with regulatory agencies and advising management on a broad range of compliance issues.
He graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Natural Resource Management in 2017.
Rick is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), Fellow of The National Tax Agents & Accountants (Australia), holds a B.Comm. in Accountancy & Management Studies from the University of Wollongong, NSW and completed the Professional Programme with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, in the UK.
Rick continues to operate his accounting practice as well as being on the boards of a number of private companies in the education, manufacturing, property development and business support sectors.
While enjoying his role as a non-executive director, Rick continues working in his area of passion of regional and small business.
